About

Lori Johnson is an executive coach, author, and wellness advocate.  With over twenty-five years of successful executive management leadership in the corporate world, her passion is to help leaders grow and thrive.  A lifelong overachiever and recovering workaholic, she has personally lived  and learned to successfully manage the challenges of juggling ever-increasing demands, constantly changing priorities, and the non-stop stresses of trying to keep some semblance of  ‘having it all’.

She has extensive experience and education in creating successful change for both organizations and individuals.  Her work experience includes both corporate and non-profit leadership roles, and the common theme of her executive leadership has focused on helping companies and leaders achieve the results and growth they desire, by playing to their strengths.  A few of her career achievements have included serving as Vice President of IT for a large, highly-diversified direct marketing firm, serving as CIO of a high-growth, diversified insurance company, serving as President for a newly-acquired technology company, and starting up a new for-profit technology business line for a large healthcare organization, among others.

Lori holds a B.S. degree in Business, as well as her MBA.  Over the past few years, her interest in wellness and the importance of maximizing her energy and minimizing her stress led her to gain accreditation as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She is also certified as a Mayo Clinic Wellness coach, a Life School Coach, and a 200-hour Yoga Certified Instructor. She has focused her continuing education on Positive Psychology training and Mind Body training, among others.

She is the author of the best-selling book “Enough Already!  How to stop putting yourself at the bottom of your priority list”.

Lori’s goal as a coach is to provide you with fresh perspective and experienced support to help you reclaim your joy, find your balance, and increase your leadership energy and effectiveness in your next success.
